Surftech Review February 8, 2023 – Tags:

The Surftech review. There is plenty of ways we could go with this one. Talking about the boards is important because that is where the magic happens. There is a level of magic with the technologies though also.

Surftech review –

Most surfers know of Surftech. They have been around since 1992 & were founded by Randy French. He wanted to see the industry have another option other than single hand shaped boards. The main technology of Surftech has been Tuflite. It is a traditional epoxy, that is lightweight, shiny & durable. A great choice for a multitude of boards. Another one of there widely used technologies is Fusion. It is a Pu blank covered with PE resin to put it simply.

The boards –

The boards are made in Thailand. Surfboard factories in Asia have come a long way. There is some great products coming out of them now due to stringent quality control. The brands under the Surftech banner boast names such as Gerry Lopez surfboards. Walden Surfboards & Takayama, to name a few. They have some of the biggest names in the business, which is a good indicator that you are getting a good board when you go down the Surftech route.
