Dragon Eyewear Review –
So are Dragon good sunglasses ? The answer in our eyes is yes. They are often not bold as say Spy & aren’t sporty as Red Bull. But they are sleek & stylish for the best part of their range. They have a plant based resin range, which fits in with the eco wants of customers today.
The Dragon team has some of the best extreme sports athletes on board of the last 25 years. Speaking of which, Mick Fanning has this year released a 25 year anniversary model, which you can see below.
Mick must be the longest running team member of any eyewear company. Speaking of longevity, I do remember my first pair of Dragon sunglasses. They were very cool for the time, I can’t remember the model name, but they were a bit chunky. I have seen photos of them & they are actually fairly thin, compared to what we are getting now with other brands.
This was about 20 years ago & Dragon were at the top of the Sunglasses game then. They have since added snow goggles into the range, which are right up there with features & quality also.
Summary –
Dragon Eyewear is a brand that is new to Tradewind Surf, but not the industry. There is plenty more to discuss, as we have only scratched the surface.
