The Creative Army General ONE review. In a world of collaborations & ever growing surfboard models to choose from. Is the General a good one. I would start by saying that Ocean Earth make great quality boards & Josh Constable of Creative Army, brings that World Champion knowledge. To go with that smaller brand flair, that the smaller brands often lack.
Creative Army General ONE review –
Riders have said that the General was the perfect board to learn on. Or also guys that had let it slip for years & are looking to get back into it. You are not alone, there is so many people doing it, so you need to get back on the bike! The textured deck means you can often surf this board without wax. If you do need wax the bare minimum is going to suffice.
Because of the volume distribution & construction. It is not a complete boat, so guys can really progress on the General. Potential riders have been concerned that that the board is to much of an in between to surf for a long time if you are coming back to the sport. But our feedback is everyone enjoys them so much that they remain in the quiver for years to come. Even after the initial come back purchase has happened!
Summary –
The Creative Army General is a beginner longboard with durable construction & a performance aspect. Everyone can have some fun or find a surfing purpose for the general.
