The Catch Surf Odysea Log Review. Perhaps the most marketed softboard in recent history if not ever. I have said in previous blogs that Catch has the most extensive softboard team in the game. But I guess the question is. How do they hold up & rate to other boards. Are they the best in the business ?
Catch Surf Odysea Log review –
A big question is always if a board is durable. The Catch Surf Log is durable for a softboard, with a strong core & good seals on the outside. People often ask if the marketing means anything in regards to, quality & durability etc. In this case I would say yes as Jamie O & his crew are not going to stand beside something that is not functional or top quality.
The other thing worth noting is check the video on this blog & watch Jamie O’brien surf this board at solid Pipeline. We don’t expect you to do that, but it is a good sign the board is the business.
Summary –
The Catch Surf Odysea Log is one of the high end softboards on the market. It has a great team behind it & great marketing. The feedback from riders of all skill levels is that there is fun to be had on a Log. The Catch Surf Log is not a traditional Log shape. But it does a great job for beginners through to advanced surfers. Everyone can find joy on a Log.
