Which board should I choose
Beginner surfboards are often going to be softboards. The way they are made makes so much sense to begin on. Also, the way they are made means they ride similar to a fibreglass surfboard also. We have softboards from, Softlite, Ocean Earth, Gnaraloo, MF, Catch Surf & many more.
There is a time when a fibreglass board can be great for a beginner intermediate also. If you have had your time on a softboard & feel you would like to progress. Then a board with plenty of volume but slightly more refined might be calling. The Idea is to progress over time to the level you want to be at. Finding the sweet spot over time is key to making the quickest transition.
